C. E-bike and ride-related data
Depending on the equipment used, bikes may generate:

- Participating Properties (Hotels/Resorts): limited data needed to support the Program at the Property (for example: your name, rental status, and confirmation that a rental occurred). Properties do not receive your full payment card data.
- Service providers and vendors: payment processors, cloud hosting, customer support tools, analytics, mapping, bike/lock technology providers, maintenance partners, and communications platforms—only as needed to provide Services.
- Insurance and claims: insurers, adjusters, and legal counsel in connection with claims, incidents, or disputes.
- Law enforcement / authorities: when required by law, legal process, or to protect safety, rights, and property.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
