The hotel receives a percentage of rental revenue generated on property, creating a new ancillary income stream while preserving existing cost structures and staffing models.

1. On Property Placement.
A High visibility placement is required with electricity to support guest adoption and revenue performance. Typical placement locations include near or at the main guest arrival area.

2. Guest Usage.
Guest self serve through the system, ride independently and return bikes to the same on property location. No Front desk involvement or staff coordination is required
in most cases.

3. Automated Tracking.
All rentals are automatically recorded by the system. Usage, Revenue and performance data are tracked in real time without manual reporting.

4. Shared Rental Revenue
The hotel participates in base rental revenue generated on property through a predefined revenue share structure. All transitions are handled digitally and reconciled automatically.

5. Monthly Report & Payout.
Hotels receive a clear monthly report detailing rental activity, total revenue, and payout amount. Payment and issued automatically via ACH.
Because the program requires no capital investment and little to no ongoing operational involvement, revenue received by the hotel is treated as incremental NOI. The E-BIKE program functions as an ancillary income stream without impacting existing cost structures, labor modules or day to day operations.
