operational overview

This is a fully managed, turnkey E-BIKE amenity designed specifically for hotels and resorts.

The hotel does not purchase equipment, manage rentals, handle guest issues or assume liability.

All operations are handled by HOTEL E-BIKE RENTAL while the property earns incremental revenue through a simple revenue share structure.

The overview below outlines exactly how the program integrates into a hotel environment with minimal friction and very minimal to none operational burden.

Operational overview

OPERATIONAL OVERVIEW

1. DOES THIS COST THE HOTEL ANYTHING?  NO

  • NO CAPITAL INVESTMENT
  • NO LEASE PAYMENT
  • LITTLE TO NO STAFFING
  • NO OPERATING EXPENCE

The program is deployed, operated, insured and maintained entirely by Hotel E Bike. The hotel participates through a revenue share model and a premiere place to keep the bikes.

RESULT: ALL REVENUE RECEIVED BY THE HOTEL IS INCREMENTAL NOI.

2. DOES THIS INVOLVE HOTEL STAFF IN ANY WAY? VERY LITTLE IF ANY INVOLVEMENT .

AT NO POINT DOES:

  • FRONT DESK
  • CONCIERG
  • BELL STAFF
  • ENGINERING
  • OPERATIONS

Participate in the rental, check out, check in, or guest support process. Guests self activate through a digital system. all guest interaction and support is handled by Hotel E- Bike. However you may get a customer to ask: "How do I rent the bike" & your front desk person just points to the QR code & tells them to scan it with their phone. THAT IS IT.

RESULT: FRICTIONLESS OPERATION FOR THE HOTEL

3. WHAT ABOUT LIABILITY IF SOMETHING HAPPENS?

All guest liability is contractually and operationally assumed by Hotel  E- Bike, not the property.

  • The program carries it own commercial liability insurance.
  • Guests agree to operator terms and waivers.
  • Claims, incidents and damage are handled directly by Hotel E -Bike.
  • The hotel is named as additional insured where applicable.

RESULT: NO INCREASE TO THE HOTEL'S RISK PROFILE.

4. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BIKE DAMAGE ,THEFT OR MAINTENACE?

  • Hotel E-Bike oversees the Fleet Ownership, Maintenance, Repairs , and Theft Management, everything is handled off the hotel's balance sheet.

RESULT:  THE HOTEL DOES NOT OWN OR SERVICE INVENTORY.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST HAS A PROBLEM DURING A RIDE?

  • Hotel E Bike provides guest support, incident response, damage handling and ride troubleshooting. Hotel staff are not expected to intervene or assist.

RESULT: THE SYSTEM OPERATES INDEPENDENTLY OF DAILY GUEST SERVICES.

6. WILL THIS INTERFERE WITH EXISTING VENDORS OR AMENITIES? NO

  • No retail built out
  • No F&B displacement
  • No spa, tour, or concierge overlap.

RESULT: THIS PROGRAM FUNCTIONS AS TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE, NOT A COMPETING AMENITY.

7. HOW DOES THIS COMPARE TO OTHER EXTRA REVENUE OPTIONS?

  • Unlike retail, F&B or a tour desks this program requires: No payroll. No inventory ownership. No square footage build out. No management oversight.

RESULT: REVENUE FLOW DIRECTLY TO NOI WITHOUT OFFSETTING EXPENSE.

8. WHY IS THIS CONSIDERED "INSURED NOI"

  • Because the revenue is generated with no added expenses.  Labor is not required and no liability is retained.

RESULT: THE HOTEL' S REVENUE SHARE FUNCTIONS AS PROCTECTED INCREMENTAL NOI.

9. WHAT IS THE HOTEL ACTUALLY AGREEING TO?

  • Participate in a defined revenue share program of the gross rental revenue from the E-Bike sales.
  • The hotel agrees to allowing on premises placement of E-bikes with electricity. A High visibility placement is required to support guest adoption and revenue performance. Typical placement locations include near or at the main guest arrival area, valet zone or central outdoor guest corridor. (highly visible area is required with power assess)
  • A reservation system integration allows guests to add E-Bike access during room booking, creating incremental revenue with no added operational workload for your team.

10. Set up can be done in 1 to 3 days depending on location.

  1. We handle all insulation of rack and bikes at no cost to you. We just require access to power and we will pay for the hook up to the local utilities.
  2. Each rack can be built to the hotel spec's to match the hotel's architectural design.

RESULT: THAT'S IT, ALL OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES REMAIN WITH HOTEL E-BIKE.

(JUST AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM WORKS)

10 e-bikes

$99.95 per rental for single E-bike

$149.95 per rental for double person E-Bike
