Guest activate, ride independently through a mobile first system. The experience is intuitive for guests and largely invisible to hotel operations, requiring very little to no staff involvement training or oversight.
HOTEL E-BIKE RENTAL manages the program end to end including technology, support and maintenance so your team can remain focused on core guest services while guests ride seamlessly on their own.

1. Scan the QR Code at the front desk
Guests walk up to your E- Bike rack at your location and scan the QR code on the sign .

2. Quick Guest Verification
To keep rides secure and compliant, guests complete a very short sign-in process.

3.Review & Sign the Digital Waiver
Before renting, guests review and agree to a simple, mobile friendly waiver.

4. Choose a Bike
The System shows available bikes at your hotel.

Guests can then select an optional Protection Plan for the E-Bike.

6. Confirm & Pay
Payment is processed securely, and a digital receipt is created automatically.

7. Unlock & Ride
Once payment is confirmed, the guest will receive a code to unlock the bike & then they go ride.

8. Return & Check -In
Guests return the bike to the same hotel rack where they started. Then lock the bike and hit end ride on their phone.
