Hotels should offer unforgettable outdoor experiences without adding more work, more liability, or more cost.

The idea came to life when our founder, Troy Kerns, was staying at a Colorado resort and kept seeing the same thing happen over and over — excited guests asking the front desk where they could rent bikes, only to be told they needed to leave the property, walk or Uber to an off-site shop, fill out paperwork, hope bikes were available, then find their way back.

It felt old-fashioned. Inconvenient.
And completely out of sync with what modern travelers expect.

Troy thought:
“Why isn’t this a hotel amenity? Why aren’t the bikes already here, fully managed, ready to ride?”

But when he asked hotels why they didn’t offer e-bikes, the answers were always the same:

• “We can’t take on the liability.”
   
• “Our staff can’t manage it.”
   
• “Maintenance is a nightmare.”
   
• “We don’t have space to charge batteries.”
   
• “We don’t have the insurance for that.”
   

And in that moment — the business model took shape.

The idea wasn’t to create another bike rental company.
It was to create the first and only turn-key E-Bike amenity for hotels!
