Guests walk up to your e- bike rack at your location and scan the QR code on the sign or bike. The code automatically opens our secure mobile page for your specific hotel, no app download required .

2. Quick Guest Verification
To keep rides secure and compliant, guests complete a very short sign-in:
- Enter their mobile phone number
- Confirm a one time SMS code.
- Add name and email for receipts
This verifies identity quick and easy.

3.Review & Sign the Digital Waiver
Before renting, guests review and agree to a simple, mobile friendly waiver that covers:
- Age confirmation 16+ with adult.
- Helmet use acknowledgment.
- Assumption of riding risk.
- Agreement to follow rules & regulations
- Responsibility for damage if no protection is chosen.
- Completed watching safety video.
They tap "I agree & Continue" to proceed.

4. Choose a Bike
The System shows available bikes at your hotel:
- Bike #3- Available
- Bike #4- Available, etc.
Guests pick a bike with one tap.
The site links that bike to their account for the rental.

- 5. Optional Damage Protection
Guests can then select an optional damage protection plan:
- Standard Protection -$9.99 ($50 deductible)
- Premium Protection-$14.99 ($0 deductible)
- No Protection . (The site will explain they may be charged the full bike value for major damages)
The chosen plan is added to the rental total.

6. Confirm & Pay
The site displays a clean cost summary:
- Base Rental : $99.95 / day (8 hours)
- Damage Protection: $9.99 or $14.99 (or $0)
- Taxes/fees (if applicable)
- Total Due: $XXX.XX
Guests pay via:
- Credit/debit card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payment is processed securely, and a digital receipt is created automatically.

7. Unlock & RIde
Once payment is confirmed, the site guides the guest:
- Shows which bike they selected
- Provides an unlock code
- Displays trail option from your hotel
- Will instruct the client to take pictures of bike to eliminates questions if bike was damaged
They unlock the bike, put on a helmet and ride straight from your property. The site will provide 2-3 trails or rides in Google Maps

8. Return & Check -In
Guests return the bike to the same hotel rack where they started.
- Lock the bike bike to the rack
- Tap "END-RIDE" on their phone
This will stop the timer
